Puff pastry:

Puff pastry is also called as pate feuilletee. It's like a flaky like pastry which is made from a leminated dough, which is composed of dough and butter or some other solid fats. For making the paton, the butter is used to put inside the dough that is repeatedly folded and also rolled out before baking.



 Ingredients

  1.  Maida one pav
  2.  Unipuff one hundred and fifty grams
  3.  Salt as needed
  4.  Water as required

Making process or Composition:

Add salt to the flour and knead it with water and make a soft dough. Now roll it and place the uni puff in the middle. Wrap the bread on the puff and roll it. Add the layers and roll. Keep rolling while rolling. The puff pastry is ready.
