American Chicken Roast Recipe:

Healthy chicken ……… 1
Black pepper powder ….. 1 tsp
Cream …….. 1/2 cup
Mustard paste …….. 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce …….. 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce ……. 1 tablespoon
barbecue sauce ……… 1 tablespoon
onions (small) ……….. 3
carrots (cut into slices and boil) ……….. 2-3
Potatoes (peeled and boiled) …………… 4-5
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Method:
Step 1:
Put black pepper powder, cream, mustard paste, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce and salt on the chicken and keep it for marinating for 1 hour.
Step 2:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken in it.
Step 3:
Add onion, potato and carrot to the fried chicken and cover and cook for 10 minutes. Place the fried chicken and vegetables in a baking dish.
Step 4:
Bake in a preheated oven at 150 C for 15-20 minutes.
How to serve:
The delicious American chicken roast is ready, take it out in a serving dish and serve it hot.
