Easy Steam Chicken Roast Recipe:
Meaning of Roasting is Cook on fire. Put in hot sand and stir. Fry in hot oil. (Literally) To hurt, to burn the heart. To make Chicken Steam Roast we need the following ingredients.
Ingredients:
The chicken…… one in Numbers (cut with a sharp knife)
Vinegar……. 4 tbsp
Yogurt……..One cup
A packet of tikka masala
Red chilli powder……. 4 tbsp
Coriander powder…… 2 tbsp
Salt as needed
Yellow color …….1 spoon
Recipe:
Add curd, vinegar and all the spices in a bowl and mix well. And with the help of hands apply this spice well on the chicken. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
After washing and drying the chicken leg pieces, mash them with a fork. Now pour oil in a pan and heat it on high flame and add the marinated chicken leg pieces to it and run a spoon twice and cover the pan and reduce the heat on the stove – 5 approx. By 15 minutes the chicken leg pieces will be well-decomposed.
Now pour about 2 liters of water in a pot and place the chicken on top by placing a strainer or steamer net on top and steam it on high heat for 30 minutes with a lid. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and let the chicken cool down. When the chicken cools down, heat the oil and fry the chicken well.
Delicious Chicken Steam Roast is ready. Add chaat masala and drink with tomato ketchup.
