Home-made Kofta Biryani:
Kofte is one of the most popular foods in Pakistani society, usually it is served with curry roti but here are some unique ways to prepare it.

No restaurant can match the taste and flavor of this home-made dish.
Avoid the hot spices and greasy foods of the hotel and make this delicious dish yourself at home.
Ingredients for making koftaz:
- Mince half a kilo
- An egg is a number
- Onion 2 chopped
- 6 green chillies crushed
- Red chillies one teaspoon
- Garlic ginger paste one teaspoon
- Hot spice powder half teaspoon
- Poppy powder one tablespoon
- Roasted chickpea powder one tablespoon Gravy Ingredients:
- Garlic ginger paste one tablespoon
- 2 onions chopped
- Red chillies one tablespoon
- Coriander powder one teaspoon
- Turmeric one quarter teaspoon
- Yogurt one cup
- Oil half a cup
- Salt to taste
- Proven hot spices one tablespoon
- Rice–Boil one kg
Recipie:
Mix all the kofta ingredients in the mince and shape it into koftas and keep it for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the hot spices in it, then add curd and all other spices and fry for a while. Add half a cup of water to the roasted spices and add the mince koftas to it.
Put the koftas in the gravy and cook on high flame for one minute and then keep it on low flame for 20 minutes. Later, layer this kofte curry in boiled rice like biryani and set it. Serve hot kofta biryani to the family.
