Green Chillies Roast Chicken:
To make the sauce, add garlic cloves, green chillies, coriander leaves, white vinegar, water, onion paste, salt, chaat masala and lemon juice in a blender and blend. Now heat butter and oil in a frying pan, then add the marinated chicken pieces and fry them well. Hot delicious tandoori chicken roast is ready.
Chutney:
- Five to six cloves of garlic
- four to five cloves of coriander
- half a bunch of white vinegar
- one and a half tablespoons of water
- one tablespoon of onion paste
- one cup of seasoning
- and a tablespoon of lemon juice
Marination:
- Red chilli powder……½ kg
- Tikka pieces…… 1 tbsp
- Ground cumin……. 1 tbsp
- Deghi chilli powder…… 1 tbsp
- Garam masala…… 1 tbsp
- Ground turmeric …… ½ tsp Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic, paste……. 2 tbsp
- Yogurt…… 1 cup
- Oil…… ½ tsp
- Food color……. 2-3 tbsp
- Butter…… 2 tbsp
Recipe:
Cut the chicken pieces into long pieces.
Mix the chicken pieces together, then add ground red chillies, ground red chillies, turmeric, ground cumin, black pepper, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and yolk and mix well. Then add the spices and mix until the meat is well coated with the spices.
Now keep it to marinate for 1 to 2 hours. It can also be marinated overnight if you prefer.
