Yogurt Chicken Roastttt:
Mix the Chicken pieces together, then add ground red chillies, turmeric, ground cumin, black pepper, gram masala, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and yolk and mix well. Then add the spices to it and mix until the meat is well covered with spices.
Ingredients:
• Chicken legs ______ 4pcs
• Salt ______ to taste
• Black pepper chopped _______ as per taste
• Lemon juice ______ two and half tablespoon
• Zip bag ______ 1pc
• yogurt _____ 1 cup
• Red chilli chopped _____ 1/2 tablespoon
• Garlic Chop ______ 1 tablespoon
• Lemon peel _____ 1pc
• Green Chilli chop ______ 1 tablespoon
• Green Coriander Chop ______ 1 tablespoon
Recipe:
Take four chicken legs and add salt, chopped black pepper and lemon juice to it and mix.
Now take a zip bag and ass curd, chopped red chillies, salt and chopped garlic and mix it.
Now add the prepared chicken legs and grated lemon peel to it and mix well and keep it in the fridge for fifteen to twenty minutes.
Now bake it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for thirty-five to forty minutes.
Now you can serve it.
