Mughalai Roast Recipe:
Today's recipe is Mughalai Roast Recipe. And this recipe is the one of the Eid special recipe. Here is something that should make your Eid table. Mughalai Roast with rich creamy taste is given below.
Ingredients:
- The chicken…… one in Numbers (cut with a sharp knife)
- Ginger garlic paste ……. 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder …….. 2 teaspoon
- Dried coriander………. 1 and half teaspoon
- Turmeric ……. 1 quarter teaspoon
- Coriander powder…… 2 tbsp
- Cashews….. as need
- Dried coconut ……. 1 tablespoon
- Golden onion, minced ………. 2 tablespoon
- Yougurt ………. One cup
- Saffron ……… half a teaspoon
- Curry powder ………. 1 tablespoon
- Salt ……….. 1 teaspoon
- Hot spices ……….. half teaspoon
- Oil ……… a quarter cup
- Fries to serve ……. 1 cup
- Boiled eggs to serve ……….. 2
Recipe:
Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients for thirty minutes except saffron and curry powder.Heat the oil and add the marinated chicken in it.
Add yogurt, cream, onion, ginger garlic paste, oil, cashew powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, salt, turmeric, green chili paste, saffron essence & kewra essence in a mixing bowl.
Mix all above ingredients. Add whole chicken & massage it for 5-8 minutes.
Rest it for 2 marination. Turn on the flame & add ½ cup oil in pan. Put marinated chicken in it. Keep flipping until color changes. Now add remaining marination, cover & cook for 25 ~ 30 minutes at medium to low flame. Our Mughlai Chicken Roast is ready Finally add curry and saffron, serve with fries and boiled eggs.
