Shami Burger or Bun Kabab Recipe:
It's common to find Bun Kabab Burgers or Shami Burgers in Pakistani streets. Making it at home is quite easy.
It is easy to make a wonderful Shami burger at home provided you have shami and burger bun on hand. Serve the anda shami burger with chilli garlic sauce or tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:
Prepared Chicken shami kabab 4
eggs 4
black pepper and salt for seasoning
oil as necessary
Burger roll four
Ketchup as necessary
as necessary
Salad
Instructions
One egg should be cracked, then seasoned with salt and black pepper.
On a griddle or tawa, heat 2 teaspoons of oil and fried one egg. Continue with the remaining eggs. Set apart.
Burger bun should now be warmed on a greased griddle or tawa.
Each burger should have one shami kabab, ketchup, salad, and a fried egg on top. Add a second hamburger bun on top.
Kabab burger should be split in half and served.
